ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷାରେ ମହାନଗରୀ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ବେହାଲ; ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ପହଞ୍ଚିଲେ ଏନ୍‌ଡିଆର୍‌ଏଫ୍‌ ଓ ଆର୍‌ପିଏଫ୍‌ ଟିମ୍‌

ମୁମ୍ବାଇ: ଗତ ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୦ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଧରି ମହାନଗରୀ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ ମୂଷଳଧାରାରେ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଲାଗରହିବା ଫଳରେ ବର୍ଷା ଜଳରେ ବନ୍ୟା ପ୍ଲାବିତ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି ସମଗ୍ର ମୁମ୍ବାଇ। ରାଜରାସ୍ତା ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ରେଳଲାଇନ୍‌ ଉପରେ ଚାରିରୁ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଫୁଟ ଉଚ୍ଚତାରେ ପାଣି ଚାଲିଛି। ତଳି ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ତ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି ବାହ୍ୟ ଜଗତରୁ। କଚ୍ଚା ଘର ଘର ସମେତ ଅନେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ କୋଠାଘର ମଧ୍ୟ ଭୁଷୁଡ଼ି ପଡ଼ିଛି। ରାଜରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ବର୍ଷପାଣିର ସୁଅ ଛୁଟୁ ଥିବାରୁ ରୋଡ୍‌ଜାମ୍‌ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି ଏବଂ ଅନେକ ଲୋକ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଗାଡ଼ି ଭିତରେ ବନ୍ଦୀ ହୋଇ ରହି ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଅନେକ ଲୋକ ବର୍ଷାପାଣି ଘେରରେ ଗୃହ ବନ୍ଦୀ ହୋଇ ରହି ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି। କାନ୍ଥ ପଡ଼ି ଅନେକ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମୁତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିବା କୁହାଯାଉଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୃତାହତଙ୍କ ପ୍ରକୃତ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିନାହିଁ। ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଏନ୍‌ଡିଆର୍‌ଏଫ୍‌ ଓ ଏସ୍‌ଟିଏଫ୍‌ ଟିମ୍‌ ଯାଇ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ରେଲେଓ୍ଵ ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ରେଲେଓ୍ଵର ଅନେକ ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌କୁ ବାତିଲ କରି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଅନେକ ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ ଗନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ନପାରି ମଝି ବାଟରେ ଅଟକି ରହିଛି। ଏପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆସନ୍ତା ୪୮ ଘଣ୍ଟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ ପ୍ରବଳରୁ ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥିବା କହିବା ପରେ ମୁମ୍ବାଇବାସୀ ଆହୁରି ଛାନିଆ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି।
